What to pay attention to when checking items on duty
If you see a user carrying a large item, you should approach the user quickly and actively, and politely ask the user to show the item release strip, "Hello, sir (miss)! Do you have an item release strip?" After receiving the item release strip, carefully check whether it is filled in as required and approved by relevant departments. If it has not been approved by the relevant department, it will say "Please complete the signature or seal formalities". If the user does not agree, please explain patiently: "the goods release procedures are stipulated in the management convention, and the purpose is to ensure the property safety of the company in the office building. Please understand and cooperate with our work." Each item is carefully verified in accordance with the contents listed in the release slip. You can use the following words: "Would you please open the box or bag and let me check whether the contents are consistent with what is written on the release strip?" After checking, you should politely say: "Sorry for the delay." "Thank you for your cooperation!" Assist users in packing or carrying items as much as possible when working conditions permit. For users who have not gone through the formalities for the release of goods, they are required to return to the relevant departments to go through the formalities. During this period, if the user requests to take care of the goods, he must ask whether they are valuables. If it is valuables, do not take care of it easily; if it is non-valuables, it can assist users to place the items in the lobby service desk or in an inconspicuous place to reduce the trouble and dissatisfaction caused by the user moving up and down the goods.
